Buying feedback can feel like a mystery when showings come and go without any offers. Sometimes it’s the layout. Sometimes it’s the location. Once in a while, it’s an overly curious neighbour who takes people-watching a little too seriously. Other times, it’s something small that can be fixed with a bit of touch-up or fresh paint.

Our Buyer Feedback Guarantee is there to take the guesswork out of all of this. We reach out to every showing agent by phone, email, and text so we can get a clear sense of how the visit went. If their clients aren’t interested, we do our best to learn why and whether a simple adjustment could make a difference.

Since we can’t make anyone respond, our promise is straightforward. We will reach out through all three channels for seven full days after each showing. (After that, continuing to call and message would start to feel a little over the top, and no one responds well to that.) And we will keep you posted every step of the way.

Easy Cancellation Guarantee

You’ve done the research, met with agents, asked solid questions, and signed the listing paperwork. It’s an exciting moment.

Then the listing goes live, and the experience isn’t what you were promised.

The “full marketing package” turns out to be a handful of crooked phone photos.
The agent who assured you they’d stay in touch suddenly goes quiet.
You ask to be released from the agreement, but they refuse and insist you stay locked in for the full 90 to 120 days.

We’ve seen situations like this.

Our approach is simple. When you list with us, you’ll never feel stuck. If you’re unhappy with the service you’re receiving, just let us know, and we’ll cancel the agreement within twenty-four hours.

There’s one reasonable exception: The contract can’t be cancelled in order to sell privately to someone who viewed the home while it was listed with us. Everything else is completely flexible.
