If you don’t love your home after living there for 12 months, we’ll sell it for FREE! That’s how confident we are that you’ll make the right decision. If not, you won’t be stuck paying us to sell it!
*Contractors buying homes to flip are exempted.
*Buyer side commission is still payable.

Not happy with how things are going? No problem! Let us know, and we’ll cancel your contract, no questions asked. That’s how confident we are that you’ll love working with us.
The only exception to this guarantee is that you can’t cancel your contract to buy a home privately that we showed you.
